IFM's Contract Operations Services assist our clients in keeping their water and wastewater treatment systems operating to their peak capability, ultimately ensuring compliance with their respective EPA permits.
Permit compliance requires, at a minimum, a Certified Operator and an understanding of the regulatory requirements. Hiring a full-time operator is not always economically feasible or necessary. IFM can provide the Certified Operator (Operator of Record) and provide peace of mind that your systems are being operated efficiently, effectively and properly.
IFM has compiled a technical staff of 12 experienced and highly trained Class I, II, III and IV EPA Certified Wastewater and Water System Operators. We are highly diverse in the types of treatment systems that we are able to operate and service. Our services range from simple phone consultations with our clients, to full service, daily contract operations.

IFM works closely with client personnel that may be pursuing a water or wastewater operator's license. These individuals obtain valuable on-the-job training from IFM's Licensed Operator through performance of the required daily activities as directed by IFM.
