Professional Experience

Ms. Carlisle, Quality Control Coordinator, for Industrial Fluid Management, Inc. (IFM), a full capacity environmental service company and subsidiary of Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc. Ms. Carlisle, with IFM since 2007 currently provides a great deal of oversight in the day to day operations of all facilities and the increasing demand of OEPA reporting regulations.

Ms. Carlisle, as QC Coordinator, provides review of daily, weekly and monthly laboratory data informing IFM’s team of operators, technician, clients and OEPA of treatment issues. This work includes knowledge of individual permit parameters, calculations of loadings, Form 4498A and Preliminary Compliance Review (PCR) responses and notifying the proper personnel at the Agency. This work also initiates the need for IFM staff and clients of actions required to meet compliance.

Ms. Carlisle has contributed heavily in the success achieved by the IFM Laboratory and the IFM Operations division. Her experience with laboratory and field monitoring has made her an excellent operator. Her newly created position is a reflection of her attention to detail and notification to plant operations.

Ms. Carlisle has also been involved in numerous training events through OTCO and OWEA as a speaker on laboratory procedures and sampling protocols.
