Mr. Bennett is President of Industrial Fluid Management (IFM), a full capacity environmental service company and subsidiary of Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc. Rick joined the company in May of 2000 and is responsible for overseeing the general operations of IFM. In 2002, Mr. Bennett managed the design and build of the regeneration facility that was built in McClure, Ohio. He also assists industrial clients optimizing their water treatment systems with equipment design, ultrapure water systems including reverse osmosis and deionization. He has also been involved in design review and troubleshooting of many different water treatment systems.
Prior to joining IFM, Mr. Bennett gained experience working as General Manager with Culligan IWS, a water treatment company specializing in large industrial and municipal equipment.
Mr. Bennett’s previous experience also includes General Manager for American Pure Water, LLC (Memphis, TN), where he successfully reorganized the business methods, reduced overhead, instituted technical training sessions for staff and significantly increased sales. Rick also worked as General Manager of the Schoenberg Salt Co. (Culligan Kings County) in New York where he worked directly with Culligan International to develop a drinking water system that could be used in the marketplace.
As General Manager of Bennett Technologies, Inc. he purchased an existing operation and serviced residential consumers with private wells and commercial/industrial companies throughout the Northeast. He also developed original system design for what became the “model” chemical contaminant removal system for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection POET program.
